Are you considering going back to school to earn a post-secondary degree? The College Access for Everyone (CAFE) program can help you make the transition. Welcome to the Bangor Adult & Community Education web site. ­We offer a variety of programs and services to the citizens of Bangor and the­ surrounding communities.

Our winter/spring courses are now listed on-line. To view the course descriptions, please select the appropriate category from the menus above.

There are three ways to register for a class:

  1. Online registration is available for most classes (Visa and MasterCard accepted). Those seeking the senior citizen discount (62 and over) should call 992-5523 for more information. 

  2. Register by telephone by calling 992-5523.

  3. Register in person by visiting our office at Bangor High School. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday).           

The Learning Center (941-6315) is open throughout the year. The staff at The Learning Center can assist people looking to get their G.E.D. or High School Diploma. We also have English as a Second Language classes available.
