On the 84th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Bangor High School JROTC for their commitment to holding the Pearl Harbor Memorial Ceremony.
Special recognition was given to Willard Carleton Orr, PFC, U.S. Army Air Forces, a Bangor native who lost his life on that fateful day in 1941.
We also thank the BHS Band for their solemn tribute, performing the National Anthem, the Navy Hymn, and Taps. Your dedication and respect for those who served are truly commendable.
